  Slowest McDonald's ever. We came in at 3:20 and didn't get our food until 4. Customers getting wrong orders left and right. The workers gave priority treatment to friends. Avoid this spot and go to any other location.

  I just pulled through the drive through right before close without realizing. The whole team went out of their way to get me late night got fries and coffee for my long drive. We chatted and just had an amazing experience! I hope they get the love and recognition they deserve.

  I placed my order ahead in the app. I waited in the drive through line for over 15 mins and watched as they serviced only one drive through lane repeatedly. I would not suggest this location at all. If you’re craving McDonald’s literally just wait for the next closest location. I was in the process of doing a road trip and I stopped to get a drink and a free large fries with my points. My points didn’t process in the app and I didn’t notice so I waited all that time for just a drink. I am pissed.

  This McDonald's will get your order wrong almost 100% of the time. I am a local who lives down the street and the people packing the bags or bringing you the food do not check the receipts and what is in the order. Did you order a large... well you will get a medium. Did you get a double, well you will get a chicken sandwich. Go down the street and use the other location near Target. Horrible service. I even told the girl she had my order in her hand, and she gave it to another person. Then she realized what she did after and they had to redo the order..... and they did it again. It took them three tries to even bag my food. With this level of attention to detail THANK GOD they do not work in the medical field or some other job of importance.

  Drive thru time was 25min(improvement from the previous 35min) and I was 2nd in line. However the person taking the order isn't inputting orders correctly. Need to repeat the order back to the customer before you clear the menu and send them forward. Specifically asked for only cheese only ketchup and was very clear about that, but my recept says she input my order "as it comes". So it still had mustard and pickles. Unfortunately I'm allergic to pickels so I had to throw out the burgers. Additionally, I also ordered a large fry and a Dr pepper with no ice. Once I got to the window (instead of confirming my order like she should have) she told me they were "out of large fries and that i would receive a medium." I didn't want to protest so I simply said "thats fine." Got to the second window, my drink was filled to the brim with ice and I got the medium fry (still charged for a large), and of course the messed up burgers that I had to throw away. Was in line for 25min and didn't have time to go through the wait again for them to correct everything, so my time money and fuel was pretty much wasted. Just have the person taking the order repeat the order back to the customer at the window.. would literally solve this issue.. all in all, this was actually one of my better experiences here as far as wait times go, staff was really friendly and professional, just not accurate and lacked attention to detail. Would only recommend if you have half an hour to spare and you are really craving mc donalds, if not, don't go burgers king down the street, their wait times are far worse, place an order on the mc donalds app for pick up. Their pick up at this location is always 100% and less than 15min and that's what I should have done.
