  This McDonald’s is honestly one of the worst I have ever experienced. I work on the island and it is the closest option to eat. Everytime I have gone to this establishment I have been cussed at, screamed at, and treated terribly. My order is consistently incorrect and I constantly miss things that I have paid for. Today as well they pretended to be closed while actually being opened. I placed a mobile order and I did not receive it due to doors being locked and no one coming to the window. This location needs to have everyone fired and hire people that do their jobs. Do not come to this McDonald’s. The one off the island is much better.

  I am door dashing today and tried to go inside for my order and the doors were locked. I am currently in the drive thru waiting. Super long line. I call the store so they could just bring the food out to me but the phone is hanging up IMMEDIATELY after calling. I called several times. This is unacceptable customer service. I am trying to do a job and I am now going to be late delivering an order because yall don't give a damn about customers. Taking the phone off the hook is grounds for termination and i will make sure that happens.

  If I could rate this Mcdoanlds a zero star, I would. They are some of the rudest people i’ve ever encountered. I come here almost every weekend morning on my way to work, get the same thing every time and never once had an attitude. Today was my final straw. I waited at the ordering station for 15 minutes, no answer…pulled up to the first window, no one to be seen, pulled up to the second window and waited for 15 more minutes.. no response. I even tried to go inside but inside wasn’t open. I am still here and have waited 45 minutes due to me already ordering online. The lady finally came to my window and rolled her eyes when I came up, said i needed to give her a “few minutes” when i already “gave her” 45 minutes of my time. Every other time ive been to this location, i was treated the same way. i will never be back.

  The staff there sadly to say just seems to be incompetent. They always have attitudes(which is wild to have attitudes when you cant even get Fast-food orders correct 🙄) dont waste your money here. I say we need to petition to either have it torn down staff an building an just start new. Or clean house an take your time hiring people who can do this very simple job. Sincerely, EVERYONE ON THE DAMM ISLAND

  I visited this McDonald's while visiting the area and the beach. When I ordered it took almost 15 minutes to get my food and my burger was bloody raw. It upset me because I have health problems and had I not decided to look down because of the taste I would have been very sick. I wasn't going to return it but decided to do so a very nice young lady looked at it I think even she was shocked. She had it remade. I didnt eat it but my friend did. I just couldn't it spoiled my appetite.
