Apparently they did not have enough ready. (50 munchkins that would have been in the order) I was asked if I would take what they have which was 30 munchkins. Hmmm…I paid for 50 but, asked to take 30? Nope. Then asked for a refund for the munchkins only. The manager was kind in explaining they could not refund the individual order but, could refund the entire order through the app. Okay…so we drove away, applied for the refund, began to drink on my iced latte and not good at all. I should have known something was wrong when there was not a single customer present.
