  Agree with other posters the manager is awful and believe she would fire someone on the spot for trying to help a customer she doesn’t like. Had an issue with the app and the manager was extremely rude, and escalated the situation, i asked for her name so I could reach out to corporate and she walked away, asked another employee her name and she rushed back don’t you dare give him my name, as the several employees around seem to coward at her aggression, definitely a hostile work environment with that manager, not sure her name but she was manager today at 4:30pm 4/9/26. Will not be back, ever.

  Was gonna be 5 stars but took one star away from each Run down and dirty, slow rude service, expensive for fast food, mediocre at best food. Other than these items is a 5 star restaurant.

  Came here tonight on Easter. The place was packed, but the kids working the counter did a great job.

  I stood there for about 15 minutes to get the order I placed online. In the entire process from entering the store to when I walked to the cashier, no one called my name or mentioned anything about my order. After waiting for 15 minutes, I decided to ask the girl at the cashier if my food was ready when a slightly older lady, probably the shift manager turned to interrupt and asked me: "What's your name?" I provided my name and she said "out of shrimp balls! We don't have shrimp balls anymore" Because my English is not good, I turned to ask her again and she started to have an attitude towards me. I had no food and couldn't get my money back! Bad service attitude! Not for foreign visitors!

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Person at register stands there doing whatever and says “I’ll be with you in a moment” then proceeds to walk away saying “someone needs to take their order” Next lady comes up and I order my cookie dough blizzard- to which take her almost 3 minutes to find on the kiosk screen and says “if this right?” - no that’s not the right dessert. So I say “you know what- let me just get a vanilla mint cone dip instead” - takes her another 2 minutes- in which another lady has to come help her. My husband and I only order ice cream & she says “do you want this right now?” LADY ITS THE ONLY THING WERE GETTING OF COURSE WE WANT IT NOW?! we wait 10 minutes for the desserts & i end up getting a chocolate chip blizzard not a mint chocolate dipped cone. Service was awful, if you’re banking on your order being wrong- just come to this location. It’ll happen.
