  When you say you close at 7:30 and you show up at the drive through at 7:20 that usually means you get service, instead I wait for 5 minutes then pull up to the window because no one is taking my order. I see 2 girls that are cleaning and they just stair at me. I then pull around and wait until 7:30 before I give up. I expect very little from Dunkin’ and some how you fell way below my expectations

  We stop to get munchkins now and then. Always nice service but they don't make the donuts fresh there.

  Came here earlier and was placing my order through the drive thru. I stated that I wanted a strawberry daydream refresher and then told the girl at the drive thru “actually make it 2 of them” she decided to not respond whatsoever, then went silent and after a minute came back on the speaker and said “pull up to the window” to which I replied “I wasn’t done ordering…” I then told her I also wanted hash browns and then asked her if she heard me when I said I wanted 2 refreshers instead of one. Before I could even finish my sentence, she decided to huff and puff and very rudely cut me off with a disgruntled “yes!” Her name is Des or Dez, whatever. If you hate your job so much, you have the option to quit babes, no need to be rude to people for no reason because you simply have to do your ever so easy job of just taking their order. And upon reading these other reviews, being rude seems to be a pattern at this location.
