Almost a year ago tried delivery, spin a ridiculous amount of money, and it was obvious that when the delivery person picked it up there should’ve been more food, or more Should’ve arrived Then what did. Tonight same thing! A year later and they still can’t get it right. This is what happens when you depend on delivery? For someone that does DoorDash and delivery on the weekends for Side money, it’s really obvious when you pick up the order what the amount is and how much food is there and if it’s a large amount for the total and a small bag of food, it’s not rocket Science. But it is your disappointment. Thank you so much for a single mom that didn’t get to eat tonight, but I appreciate the sandwich for my little one.

Was not greeted by anyone, until this one girl gave an exasperated sigh and asked the order I was waiting for. Told her my name and then she just ignored me. When my order was ready, one of the men grabbed my order, walked right past me and sat it on the shelf. Didn't call out, "Mobile order for Morgan R" no nothing. I asked to speak to a manager, and when I asked why my name wasn't called, he said, "We train our employees to put mobile orders directly on the shelf." I have never been to a Chick-Fil-A that does that. I visit the University, Fairbanks, and Sand Lake locations regularly, and when mobile orders are ready, they all call out the customer name and hand the order to them. Between the rude people who work here and poor customer service, I'll just go to a more friendly location to get my order.
