The team is always so upbeat and friendly, and they always seem to know exactly what to recommend. They suggested a couple of new holiday drinks and a Rebel flavor combo we’d never tried before, and everything was absolutely delicious. Every single time we’ve gone, they’ve exceeded our expectations — especially when Rachel has helped us. She’s always so sweet, helpful, and full of great drink ideas. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it makes the whole experience even better. Dutch Bros continues to be one of our favorite stops. Great drinks, great vibes, and consistently amazing service! ☕✨💙
- NMNatalie Maguire6 days ago5.0wow this shop is amazing. very clean and organized you would never guess it’s a new shop with how well it operates beside the buzzing business and talk all over town about how excited we all were. the employees know how to get a line out of there in a timely manner while still provide the most amazing and classy service. i got a chance to speak with the shop owner and manager and hear her story and she is a gem and made me really feel like she and her team were in it for nothing other then the love of making coffee and amazing vibes. i will be back 100% this is just what we needed in this town!

I met the manager when I pulled through and she was so awesome. The energy was the best i’ve ever seen! I wish this dutchbros was my usual dutch I go through at home! Even when the line looks long, they move it like it’s nothing. I’m in and out faster than anywhere else in town. The crew is always on top of it, super friendly, and somehow keep up that energy all day. My drinks are always on point, and it honestly feels like they care about getting you what you want fast and done right. If you want great service, great drinks, and a drive-thru that actually respects your time, this Dutch Bros is the place. Highly recommend.

Sky took my order today and was able to correctly put in my order even though it was a little more complicated!! Then I got to window and both Rachel and Abby did such an amazing job greeting me and being so kind. I know it’s a newer location but I didn’t even have to wait. By the time I got to the window my order was practically done. Over all such a great environment and great coffee!!!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
