Every time I come here my order is always incorrect, whether it’s the coffee or the food (whether it’s busy or not). I love Dunkin’s food as a business but this location specifically needs SIGNIFICANT improvement. I don’t know who the management is here but they should come take a closer look at what’s going on here on a daily. The place is usually a mess and the teenagers that work here are usually playing and laughing around with each other while mean mugging paying customers who just want to place an order or receive help!! All while handing you the wrong food, the wrong drink or possibly even NONE at all (if they can even take the order properly). When you try to ask them for help to get what you asked for they are rude and VERY unapologetic.If I could give zero stars I would. I am leaving this review with hope that the location will be inspected, audited and the staff re-trained with EFFECTIVE management. This is not positively reflective of the Dunkin franchise in any way. Someone please do something. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to have their day ruined.
