  When a promotional item is put out for a certain time of the day it should NOT be given out before the promised time. Example: the pink glove. Promotion simply stated the glove would be available and given out after 10am. Get there at 10:00 and was told they were all given out wayyy earlier. Why do a promotion when the time wasn’t acknowledged. After 10am. What a scam. I will say this though, Melissa Is the friendliest employee in that store. She is very nice, quick, and her customer service skills are on point. Thumbs up 👍 to Melissa.

  I’ve visited this location before and had a decent experience, but yesterday’s visit was extremely disappointing. My friend placed an order through the app for a box of joe and I arrived at the scheduled pickup time. When I got there, the employee at the front simply told me they didn’t have any boxes available. She did not offer an explanation and didn’t look at me for most of the exchange. I asked whether the order was being prepared and if I just needed to wait. She repeated that they had no boxes, again without explanation. After an awkward pause, she abruptly asked if I wanted a refund. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, and I felt like I was an inconvenience to their business. She also seemed irritated during the refund process and assumed I knew exactly when I should swipe my card. She acted annoyed when she had to tell me, even though the machine didn’t offer instructions. After handing me the receipt, she offered a brief and insincere, “Sorry about that.” My friend called Dunkin right after to ask what had happened. The assistant manager told her they ran out of boxes due to Valentine’s Day sales. When asked why the app allowed us to place the order and even confirmed it for pickup, she said they have no control over the app and cannot send notifications about order status. She also stated they were trying to work with me when I pulled out my card for the refund, which did not reflect my experience in the store. We ended up placing our order at Starbucks instead and had a great experience there.

  Dunkin Donuts - 24352 FL-44 Eustis, Fl 32736 Mostly drive thru. Walk-ins can only pay with credit/debit card at a kiosk, I had to use a credit card for $4.24 for one donut and a bottle drink. No customer service without interrupting workers catering to the window. Won't be going back to this location. If Dunkin starts this type of service at all their locations, I won't be patronizing Dunkin Donuts. I gave it 2 stars because this place appeared to be clean inside. Other then that, this is a terrible place.

  Don't even waste your time going to this Dunkin' Donuts they never have anything that they ever advertise and not only that they don't even have anything that they should have!!!

  One star is one toooo many! Customer service needs ALOT of help. For a place that is not even that busy, there is no excuse. Every time we give it another chance it is even more dreadful. I mean seriously if you are having a bad day just stay home, it's coffee and donuts easy paycheck. Jobs are always hiring and firing.. next.
