- RRRad Ram5 days ago1.0I usually don’t do reviews but I needed to today. I took my daughter for Dunkin’ Donuts. She loves going in the store. We placed the order on the kiosk, however I only had cash on me. I told the worker I only had cash. She stated I can’t pay with cash and she couldn’t take my order in the store and that I would have to go to the drive thru and laughed as if it was funny. I decided to go to the drive thru only because my daughter wanted the donuts. I placed the order and there goes the worker laughing again. Not sure what’s so funny! The customer service at this location sucks!
- CVChris VanCottDec 16, 20255.0This is the absolute best funkin I have ever gone in to......I moved from mass and have been to 1,000 dunkins and this one i have been to about 20 times so far and they have made all my coffees perfect and its made super quickly and the girls are all very friendly....the manager on in the morning is nice and friendly .....ive never been unsatisfied here with my coffee and in fact I drive a half hour just to come to this one because of their consistency with my cold brew coffee

- KCKayla CohnDec 7, 20251.0Just left there. At 8:43. When the lady at the window handed me my coffee, it didn’t feel like a medium coffee. It felt like there was barely anything in the cup. However, when I got to where I was going, I looked in my cup and sure enough, they literally filled my cup up halfway. I paid for a medium hot coffee. I might as well have paid for a small. I typically don’t leave a bad review, but I do not understand this at all.
