The audacity to use sarcasm and laugh in a costumers face is disgusting. I was there 4/5/26 @12ish the employees on shift need to do better. Will not be back.

I drove up with my own car and waited, there was no special service, there was no rapport building, I saw one face for less than 5 seconds. You did the bare minimum to even have employment. You're not waiters, you don't get 3 dollars an hour you get 15, you don't live off tips, this is pure greed. So no, you're not getting a tip or any of my money again. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

That's crazy and literally slow activities. Reach 5 feet to the drawer and ring it up. And im a fat tipper. Makes absolutely no sense.

The ham and Swiss has a weird burned wire taste and noticed it actually was cold anyway. My midnight black coffee was very watery. They fixed it by actually brewing midnight black. The young lady opened the coffee pack with her own teeth. Sadly, I won't return here. For management, if you need to observe my claim check your cctv at 1:20pm on 3/21/2026.
