  Drive thru - 3 times says box of cookies , even got a I gotcha reply Get to window one Cooke in a bag , asked for the box get told we don’t do them no more with a attitude for some reason Makes you wana not use Wendy’s again

  Honestly, worst Wendy’s probably on earth, they always close the dining room before 10, which is already 2 hours earlier than advertised. (Door and website say dining room closes at 12). Drive thru menu was not lit up and staff was rude.

  Awesome customer service and quick getting our food to us. We ordered Breakfast and we ordered Baconator, sausage egg cheese biscuit, and biscuit and gravy. The gravy was watery and uneatable, but everything else was great. I would eat here again, because the hired help was friendly and professional.

  Idk where to begin. The employees are always rude, food is always missing from my order (literally always), and whatever I end up getting is clearly old. This place used to be pretty good. But after the last few visits, I nor my close ones will ever be returning to this location. First they tried to give me the wrong size drink and argue with me about what I ordered after I specifically (I’m always specific) about the size of my drink I ordered, gave me the wrong size fries too, and then when she went to hand me my drinks, they were not in the carrier correctly, and one of them spilled ALL OVER me. Nobody offered me napkins or help or anything and just scoffed at me and rushed the entire process. Then when I get home I notice my cookies I ordered weren’t in the bag, as they weren’t the last 3 times I ordered them. Nobody deserves this type of “service” or lack thereof. I know everyone’s got crap going on in their lives but it costs $0 to act like a decent human and give people what they pay for. I would rate this location 0/5 stars if it was an option. I normally don’t like to make a big deal about things and be understanding and patient with people but once in a while is one thing, but several times in a row is obviously a pattern and a deep seeded issue that whatever it is, I hope gets resolved. If things continue to go as they have been and enough others have similar experiences, I’d be surprised if they’re still open in a year. As much as it’s really not worth my time and energy to type this, I sincerely hope if anyone reads this, that they find somewhere better to spend their time and money.
