  Staff is very nice and courteous but I don’t know what they were thinking not putting a self serve fountain soda machine for dining room Guests. It makes eating fast food inconvenient to have to wait at a counter that is set up purposely for staff not to be visible.

  This has to be the nicest McDonalds in SWFL. Great location and good food and service as usual. Decorated beyond the typical fast food restaurant and very clean.

  This place would thrive with the correct employees, to the managers don’t be afraid to enforce more training or rotating your workers until you find the right fix!! I’ve been here a handful of times, and everytime my order is wrong, cold, and they skimp out on the fries all the time. Food tastes hours old, and even though my order is correct on the screen, the people in the back make it to THEIR liking. Such a convenient location, but I think I’ll pass from going here anymore, especially when my food is cold, or not made how I pay and ask for. Shame.

  I did a mobile order for curbside. When I arrived I waited awhile. I eventually called the store(I had my ill child and was able to go inside) I was told to thru the drive thru to get my order. Glad I called , no one communicated with me. Then after getting me food they completely forget a big Mac meal . Which was for my daughter on her birthday. I discovered this after driving home. I had to drive back out again . I wasn't rude, the worker gave me the missing food no questions asked. Only to find a HUGE LONG hair In my fry. I spent over $40 on this garbage. I don't understand how food is always missing. I have worked in fast food. You always have someone double check the order. So to me it's either laziness or ignorance. Plenty of other McDonald's around town to go to. It's probably a sign stop eating this garbage. I gave a 2 because the worker did give me the missing food and wasn't rude.

  This location was hard to find from the highway. Once I figured out how to get here trying to get into the establishment was confusing once I got inside. I was waiting on promptly. The food arrived quickly and was cooked well service was great .atmosphere inside is cold and sterile. Seats are not comfortable. I realize that 90% of their business is going to be takeout through the drive-through.We
