I hope who ever reads this looks into the manager that ran the computer and telecom this evening. I simply ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal clearly telecom probably couldn’t project correctly to the manager taking my order so he accidentally charged me two orders of the chicken nuggets after I corrected him that I didn’t want a 4 piece but a 10 piece meal. I then proceeded to the window where accountability on me I was having Apple Pay problems. I then thought the price was a little weird and realized they accidentally charged me for another extra meal. The girl was so kind but the manager proceeded to degrade me from behind her and say that I didn’t know what I ordered, didn’t even have the guts to say it to my face. Also asked her if there was a manager and she confirmed it was him. I was never mean or frustrated in this situation and constantly apologized for making this girl have to constantly retake my payment. Overall that manager needs to gain some respect. I’m a server and I’d never treat my guest like that.
