  The new management is absolute garbage. They staff 1 non english speaking person to run the store during lunch rush. I stood around for a half hour waiting for an online order pickup only to find the order isn't even finished. They have made the order and let it sit on the counter for 25 minutes then have the nerve to not follow simple directions for the second sandwich. I asked for it to be toasted and I got a cold wrap that wasnt even fully wrapped. Word to the owners: You don't know how to run a business. You had some really good employees that worked there and you fired them immediately after you took over so you could hire your friends and family.

  My boyfriend ordered a BLT and got just bacon i asked him to add banana peppers and olives but there was no lettuce or tomato and I was extremely disappointed I added cheese and mayo so it was edible but this is ridiculous

  Very bad customer service!manager has a attitude everyday with everyone she shouldn’t be a manager at all i get that everyone has their days but she just pushes those limits i was leaving and she was running her mouth and thats something you dont do would not recommend coming here

  The African American woman there was very rude and unprofessional. She was saying inappropriate comments antagonizing me. I felt very uncomfortable. She threw my sandwich together with an attitude because she was unable to hear what i was saying due to the music playing in her establishment. Very obnoxious individual, i refuse to buy another sandwich from this location. May god bless her!!!!
