However, this particular location seems to have trouble using the Mobil order system. This is the second time they’ve informed me that my order didn’t go through and that I need to cancel it and come inside the restaurant to place it. Believe me, if I wanted to get out of my car and place the order at the counter, I would have done so. When I was informed that the system wasn’t functioning, I asked the lady to take my order, she refused to take it and insisted that I come inside. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It’s disheartening to witness such poor customer service.
