  2-6-26 @ 445 pm. 2 cars in drive thru and they cant handle that, they dont know how to multitask 2 lanes, all they said while standing on other lane was 1 min. Finally ended up leaving without ordering and 2 spanish ladies in one computer on 1st window not sure why they need 2 people in one computer trying to figure it out Like if it was geometry….

  Only thing bad is that the schedule says it's open until 12:00 am when in reality they close at 11:00 pm.

  One of the advantages of using the app is the convenience of ordering and getting your food in the drive-thru and returning home quickly. However, this particular location seems to have trouble using the Mobil order system. This is the second time they’ve informed me that my order didn’t go through and that I need to cancel it and come inside the restaurant to place it. Believe me, if I wanted to get out of my car and place the order at the counter, I would have done so. When I was informed that the system wasn’t functioning, I asked the lady to take my order, she refused to take it and insisted that I come inside. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It’s disheartening to witness such poor customer service.
