  I have visited this location numerous times. Most visits the staff have been pleasant even when there has been a mistake, with the exception of one young gentleman. With every interaction I have had with this tall blond young man he has become more disrespectful and rude. The last few times he has waited on me he has appeared to be under the influence of some kind of substance. His behavior is concerning and well just down right Scary at times. He is disrespectful and rude. He has used foul language towards me and appears agitated. He makes me feel very nervous and uncomfortable. Its a shame that a young man feels that it is ok to treat not only a customer but an elderly women in such a manner. I feel I should be treated with a smile and given respect when I come in to get my coffee. I will be looking for a new establishment to frequent if this continues.

  I’ve come here a lot over time and usually service is good. I don’t know what happened this time but i don’t even feel comfortable going back. I came in on monday and was helped by this tall kid with blonde hair, he made me really uncomfortable and i don’t even want to come back after. Coming from an elderly woman ive been around long enough and seen enough to know what it looks like when someone is on the stuff. I take my granddaughter in here a lot and i don’t want her around those types of people. Never in my day would i have ever gone to work like that. He was acting extremely rude, agitated, and aggressive i didn’t feel safe being there with him. I come here expecting respect and i couldnt even get that. Very disappointed.

  I just want to say thank you to Spencer and Germaine to care of our order and even though we were missing one of our sides and they went above and beyond to get it right and even gave us a complimentary coffee and even took care of my little pup with a pup cup! We appreciate the excellent service guys! Again thank you.
