  I had a really tough day today, and whoever the man was working at Dunkin’ on Thursday, April 9th around 3 PM completely turned it around for me. He went out of his way to show kindness, which was so unexpected and honestly meant so much. It was just a reminder that there are still genuinely kind people! I really hope this gets back to him because he deserves recognition. Thank you for making my day so much better 🤍🍩

  Do NOT go to this Dunkin if you wan remotely good food/ service. Ordered bacon egg and cheese on sourdough. For whatever reason it was leaking with grease and that grease got all on my seats in the drive thru. Not to mention when I clicked the “no tip” button on the screen, they clearly acknowledged it and made a rude comment about it. Genuinely a disgusting and terrible environment

  Kind staff but just thoroughly distracted, lazy or both. Last four visits were misses every time. Sugar in sugarless drinks, wrong substitutions or missing items that require a friendly reminder. The request, and eye roll for a tip is especially offensive. You’re better off at McDonald’s

  Stopped at dunkin through the drive thru and when I got home I pulled out my crossaint sandwich and it was black. Of course I don't look at my food before I leave but you can bet I will be taking it back next time I pass by. I wish I could attach a picture because whoever wrapped that up just doesn't care about their job.
