  Walked into a very disgusting, dirty dining room. Every single table was dirty with no guests sitting at them. Watched a manager clock out, look at the dining room and walk out the door and direct nobody to clean it. When I asked if there was another manager on duty and they directed me to who it was. I told them about the dirty tables and they just shrugged their shoulders and said well. So I decided to leave cuz if they can leave the dining room that dirty. Who knows how nasty the food might be.

  We placed the phone order at this location and stopped to pick it up. Great food, great people. The parking lot was so full. There was nowhere for us to park. I had to park in front of the garbage can area and remain in my vehicle because I was not in a designated parking spot. Other than that, it’s a great place.

  Long line almost to the entrance during Friday dinner time. Only one person taking walk in orders while 3 other staff crowd the cashier register. Slow to add ingredients to burrito bowls. Gave small portions of proteins and puts in excessive toppings like sour cream and cheese. Cashier kept asking which side items to add without waiting for all toppings to be added to bowl. Proteins have little flavors. Very subpar with service and food quality. Will not visit this location again.

  My recent visit to this Chipotle location was disappointing due to several issues with cleanliness, service, and overall upkeep. The dining area was noticeably unkempt tables had not been wiped down, and both the indoor and outdoor trash bins were overflowing. The lack of basic maintenance created an environment that did not feel welcoming or sanitary. Service was also inconsistent. The employee preparing our order appeared disengaged and seemed unhappy to be assisting customers, which affected the tone of the interaction. In contrast, the young woman at the register provided the only positive moment of the visit, greeting us with a smile and professional demeanor. Additionally, there were no forks available, which further contributed to the sense of disorganization. Hoping for a better experience, we chose to sit outside, but the outdoor tables were equally dirty. The overall lack of cleanliness was concerning enough that I chose not to use the restroom on-site and instead went elsewhere. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location. I hope corporate leadership or a regional manager conducts an unannounced visit or sends a secret shopper to address these issues, as the current conditions do not reflect the standards expected from the Chipotle brand.
