- YEYadith Echeveste2 days ago1.0We had placed a catering order and we had one gluten allergy that needed one order of grilled chicken. Needless to say they did not include the grilled chicken and we had to drive all the way from Bonita to pick it up. (I called beforehand and they couldn’t deliver even though a mistake was made on their part) no compensation was given either and all we got was a mere “I’m sorry”. Just disappointed in the service. If you do end up ordering catering here double check it because they aren’t.

I've ordered my meal deals with Mac and Cheese many times and out of all those times the last visit was the first time it was dry and had clearly been there since lunch. This location is usually really good about everything being fresh, so I'm chalking it up to a one off, hopefully.

- TTTJFeb 26, 20265.0I’ve been to many Chic-fil-A locations. This one really blew me away. From the staff being super friendly and welcoming. Food came out in no time at all. Everything was fresh and hot. Sweet tea was on point! Staff were all so happy and pleasant. Jenn and Vanessa were the ones I had the most interactions with. Thanks for having such a great location!
- ASAnthony SimonovichFeb 17, 20263.0I ordered several meals, one included a chikfila deluxe meal. The young woman repeated the order perfectly, but punched it in as just a regular chikfila sandwich. When I went forward to have it fixed, I explained the situation and where normally they would have just swapped the sandwiches, they didn’t own the mistake and made me pull out my debit card to charge me 43 cents for the lettuce and tomato. Now is 43 cents a massive deal, no, but I have received and expect better customer service than that.
