We usually have no issues at this location to be honest. This LAST visit on a Sunday around 4pm though I was very disappointed! I ordered 2 of the chicken tender meal deals for myself and my son. Now I'll take accountability for not checking my food until after I got home to put away my groceries. Which by the time I opened my box is when I realized they had given us food equivalent to that of a kids meal! After I told my son I was taking the food back because we pretty much always get the meal deal so I knew the serving was not what I paid for, he had already eaten all 10 of his fries 🙄. Regardless, I took both boxes back and inside was definitely full of teenagers and if there were any adults with a sense of decent customer service they certainly didn't make themselves known. My tone was definitely upset but yelling was a stretch lol ! I mean how hard was it to comprehend that one of the boxes (pictured) had not been eaten at all and from several past orders I know this is not the correct serving for a meal deal. I simply asked for my order to be remade correctly or my money back. Their focus was on the box that I admitted my son ate all the fries already and all they heard was refund. No worries, this is exactly why I prefer to eat at home anyway. Thank you for the reminder. Adequate customer service really isn't difficult when you do the job right the first time that goes for any job role !

I waiting 30 minutes for my food before I found out from one of the employees that the food cook could not see my order on their screen. Our ice cream order showed up, but not the food order. I told them that we were travelling and could not wait another 15-20 minutes for our food and asked for a refund. It took about 5 minutes for them to find my order at the register to give me my refund. Employees seemed nice, but whatever happened with their system or employee error was not acceptable. I would not recommend going to this location if you plan on going in the restaurant, because they could lose your order.
