  Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered delivery and was told 20 minutes. After waiting 90 minutes, I called (twice) and found out THEY entered it incorrectly as pickup. Instead of taking responsibility, a young employee accused me of being rude—which was completely untrue—and then canceled my order without even calling me. I’m a single mom trying to feed my kids and older parents in an unfamiliar town, and this is how they handled it. Mistakes happen, but this level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

  Got 2 pizzas 1 onion and mushrooms the other pepperoni and sausage not sure if you changed suppliers but it’s not the same. Papa John use to be our go to for pizza but maybe we need to look somewhere else
