Then she asks if I want to also leave a tip on the card. Of course I said no, that's what the cash was for. Then she started to berate me. I left a tip for a 30 second espresso and get berated for not leaving two tips? I generally don't tip for coffee because it's not really necessary. Now I guess I never will at this establishment.

Even when you place a mobile order, it’s a hassle! They don’t put your order on the pickup shelf, and you can stand there for several minutes with no acknowledgment. After finally getting someone’s attention, they’ll often tell you they don’t have one of the items you already ordered and paid for. It’s disappointing because there was hope things would improve after the new manager came in last year, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case.
