  You might have to wait on average about 7-10 min before you get your food. I pull up two cars a little ahead and she sees the cars and me and goes bruh. Yeah it's taking that long because honestly i have no clue

  Rude employees and terrible customer service. My husband tried to redeem the free small Frosty and Fries today (after spending over $25 on lunch, mind you) because their deal said if there was a "dunk" in the NCAA championship game last night, you get a free frosty and fries and they argued with him about needing a coupon and told him no. Really?!!

  I went into Wendy’s at Ellington, gonna order a meal and a drink and of course the girl was just doing her job and ask if I was able to do the kiosk. I said I’d rather not touch those things and she offered again and I just told her never mind I wouldn’t get anything. It’s OK, but I hate that these restaurants are trying to force people to order for their self. please have a cashier available for the ones of us who don’t wanna order like that.
