  We had to ask for a refund after 30 mnt wait and no food ready. This place always has an issue. From being short staffed, no bugger meat and system down. Today was system down and they were not communicating with customers. There was only a female employee with a red polo trying her best to do everything possible to get thing going. The male employees looked like they were not happy to be at work. The lady had to scream orders out. The male employees looked bothered by her instructions. They were using fowl language and not complying with orders. This is shameful and embarrassing. If you don’t like your job QUIT and let someone else that wants it and needs it get the opportunity.

  App was down. None of the terminals were working. They were being rude about using an offer and it was a total dysfunctional mess. I feel bad for Mcdonalds lovers in Ellenton

  If you go to this location after 7pm they most likely will be clearing the drive thru before walk-ins. Too many times it happens. Recently went in because drive thru was wrapped around the building, ordered a large 10 nugget meal & McChicken sandwich with a milkshake, 718p placed the order at the counter, watched it get bagged up and handed to drive thru, others got their order who came in after my daughter and I. 755pm I asked the manager what happened to my order because the guy working the counter was expediting orders for drive thru at this point & she asked him to grab the milkshake 15 mins before this. She snapped at me and said she just did it, however it was no where. I asked to please make sure things are hot and fresh. Finally got the order to only get 7 nuggets and a smaller milkshake than I ordered. Fries were cold too. It’s a shame night shift can’t run right.

  First of all she said they're closed at the moment because "she's the only one there" which is a lie I saw OTHER people in the back and they're were NO CARS when i was eating my food she decided to make after some convincing because i ordered something small instead of feeding my brothers. She gave me 13 nuggets instead of the 20 piece and forgot my buffalo sauce and she also had no hair cap on...sounds like people want to get paid to chill instead of doing their job...We went there mid day a week ago and the manager (Katie i think her name is) said she couldn't take our order because there was too many people even though they had a full crew...this woouldnt be the first time I've reached out to cooperate and got people fired and it won't be the last. Hint: they love showing up unannounced so y'all better shape up and do your job...I have plenty of stories but this should do it for now.
