Took order, then proceeded to tell me after I paid to pull up and wait, meat is “being delivered right now.” I was like what!!?? You should tell people before you take orders. Waited 20 min, when they came out with car ahead of me food, employee stopped by to say “they’re dropping the spicy chicken now.” I handed her my drink and said I want a refund. Mgr came out to apologize with my drink and said “are you sure, we’re cooking the chicken now”. I said yes, give me my money back! Took another 10 min and only provided when I backed up to the drive thru window again. Never again. Not this store!!
