    I went into Wendy’s at Ellington, gonna order a meal and a drink and of course the girl was just doing her job and ask if I was able to do the kiosk. I said I’d rather not touch those things and she offered again and I just told her never mind I wouldn’t get anything. It’s OK, but I hate that these restaurants are trying to force people to order for their self. please have a cashier available for the ones of us who don’t wanna order like that.

    Staff very rude, they trying to implement people orders kios tablet , instead of helping the customers they tell you if you don't order on that tablet they cannot help you . Manager omg worst than the employees . I will never come again to this Wendy's.

    Worst customer service overall but I decided to leave this review tonight because we pull up to the drive thru, someone says "hello...." through the speaker then says they can't take drive thru orders because some system is down and the operator is on a break and to place your order you will have to come inside. We say OK, go to place the order inside and guess what? The door is locked. Avoid this Wendy's.

    I wanted to thank the manager who brought the food to my car tonight on 02/18/2026 at 7pm. I'm sorry for not getting his name but I did appreciate him.

    You place an online mobile order, get to the stores drive thru and tell them you are there for your order. They pull you up to the drive thru and give you your Frosty's. Then they ask you to go pull up or park. 15 minutes goes by, no cars in drive thru, only employees sitting in the dining room. I back up to the window and ask them what's going on? They say they are down on fryers, ok cool. Another 10 minutes goes by and I finally get my order. I get home and it's missing one burger and all the rest were made wrong.The only thing correct was the fresh tenders and nuggets.The burgers that I got, both the burger and the bread was old. This is disgusting. I call up and a manager named Ed got loud with me and told me that I was disrespectful and then the general manager took over the call. I didn't even eat my food and they refused to refund me unless I went back to the store. They said that they couldn't refund me to the same card they charged me. They have no problem taking your money and then disrespecting you as a customer when your upset that fast food took 25 minutes to not even get your order close to correct. Not to mention, you could tell that you got a bun that sat too long and borderline throw out burger patty. At least the chicken was fresh after that long. I spoke to the district manager and she could only refund me if I went back to the store or give me my correct order. I told them to keep my money, I was done wasting my time and gas for them. Buyers beware, you aren't priority when placing mobile orders and they can't refund you easily after their mistakes! They expect you to come back in and give them another chance to do it right or refund you. I don't have time to keep wasting on mistakes that shouldn't be happening especially after waiting 25 minutes for your food. I thought the standard was 3 minutes? Either way, I respectfully gave them enough of my time and patience! This isn't the first time going to this location and taking a super long time.. I'm not going here or other Wendy's for a very long time..
