The lack of attention to detail and basic quality control is shocking. To make matters worse, the customer service was just as bad—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I tried to politely explain the issue, the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no attempt to make things right, just pure indifference. This kind of incompetence and lack of workmanship is unacceptable. If Taco Bell wants to keep customers, they seriously need to retrain their employees, improve management oversight, and learn the meaning of customer service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until they can prove they deserve it.
