    Ordered my food at 6:07pm with an ETA of 6:58-7:04pm. I get a push notification around 6:45pm saying my food is out of the oven being double checked to make sure it's "chef's kiss". Well 7:15pm rolls around so I decided to call and see where my food is and was told "it's just now coming out of the oven & being prepared for delivery". I immediately get a notification that DoorDash is delivering the order while still on the phone with the store and got a new ETA of 7:28-7:38pm. At 7:27pm DD sends a notification the driver just got the food & now has stops on the way. Got the food at 7:46pm an hour and 39 minutes for 2 Med 2 topping pizzas!! What's worse is the food quality is quite poor, definitely one of the worst Papa John's I've ever had. But it was a long day and we just wanted some quick cheap pizza (and we had a discount). Not worth it. Never again.

    What is going on??? I was just on the phone trying to place an order. The guy can’t even take an address. He speaks so broken like he is under the influence of something. I had to hang up and put my pizza craving to the side.
