  I stopped by this location today with my son. It was very busy, lots of customers waiting & workers seeming overwhelmed but one worker stood out. I believe her name is Daisy. She was rushing around handling things with a smile on her face. She is a great example of staying positive & making something as simple as ordering a meal, a good experience.

  We waited in curbside for over 25 minutes. When we went inside the young lady who claimed to be the manger told us to deal with it as there are two different cumputer systems operating orders. When asked to get out order at the counter she said nope you’ll have to wait. This lady should be fired for the way she handles customers and deals with issues.

  Waited over 25 minutes for curbside. I went inside after seeing over 30 cars pass through the drive through and the female manager told me to “deal with it” I offered to do drive through or carry out and she responded with “you gotta deal with it”. At least tell me the quickest option. No need to be rude like that. Very unprofessional

  Every once in awhile their food is actually edible. The McDonald's at UTC can run circles around this place. Being the McDonald's closest to me, I would really appreciate it if you could make the food right. It doesn't even need to be that great, I'm really easy to please. Just don't burn the chicken, use old, brown, soggy lettuce, let you burger sit in the warmer until they're like dried rubber. Putting more mayo, or Big Mac sauce on it does not fix the problem.

  OK, so this McDonald’s is pretty new opened within a couple months. I have been there a few times just as a quick option. 1)The first time I went there, I got a meal and a Oreo McFlurry the Oreo McFlurry was not stirred at all and I thought maybe they just simply forgot so I asked the lady I said hey can you stir this? She said ”I don’t know how to use the stirring machine” Weird but OK. 2) The second time I went there, I ordered a Double quarter pounder meal With no pickles and no onions and add bacon. I received it and it had pickles and onions, and only one piece of meat, So obviously, I took it back and told them that I didn’t want pickles or onions and it’s missing a whole quarter pound patty. When I received the replacement, the burger was plain, no ketchup, No pickles, no onions no mustard. 3) The third time I went there, I got a double quarter pounder and it was extremely undercooked. That is the picture I am posting. 4) The last time I went there Yesterday, Friday, October 31 I ordered a quarter pounder with no pickles no onions, And a new golden snack wrap with no lettuce. When I received my order, the quarter pounder had pickles and the snack wrap had lettuce. Now I am not one to normally complain, but this is getting extremely ridiculous. Also, the way it’s set up when you walk in the cash registers right there but then there’s like a wall So you can’t see the kitchen, and therefore the kitchen staff cannot see you waiting to make your order. I have no idea who this manager is or Why they are not training people to do the job correctly, but it is crazy when I’ve been there 4 times and all 4 times something has been wrong.
