I will NEVER go to a Dunkin again after being a loyal customer for 5+ years, buying an iced coffee every single day (and former Starbucks manager mind you). I had to come to this area for an appointment, 30 minutes away from home. I got a coffee at another location and this was the next closest store on my route, so i decided to stop here and ask to get my Iced coffee with Carmel and cream remade (a simple $3.79 drink). Not only was i not greeted for over 10 minutes, but I was told the drink could not be remade and I had to go back to the previous store i got the drink from, despite having an untouched, full iced coffee and receipt in hand. I would have to purchase a new one from them. Better yet, the lady at the window shoves her phone in my face with her supposed manager on the line so I can "hear" her. Dont know why its so hard for a simple $3 iced coffee to be remade, but I will make sure this situation is escalated with corporate.

Ordered two decaf expresso drinks and after paying I was told the machine wasn’t working so I had to choose something different. I asked for a refund and the two baristas said they cannot give me one. I asked to call the manager and they said she didn’t answer. Horrible service, attitude, and sad to see such a decay in a Dunkin location.
