I get the staff shortages, but then close your store at night. He messed up all three items we ordered because no Ice cream is labeled & he couldn’t even do a refund. He was super friendly and super upset that he couldn’t help us. He tried his best and it was heartbreaking to watch. It’s sad how greedy your company is. This isn’t about the money. I own several businesses myself. We drove from Ruskin. Waste of a trip. That kid needs a raise and proper training. I hope he leaves your poorly managed store for a better opportunity!!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
