  Matt did a great job, he was the only one working the grill and the register and he was fast, attentive, and very polite. The food was great and the service was better. Thank you Matt

  Last week I went to Charleys and noticed significant improvements since my last visits. The service time was much shorter than usual, fries were perfectly cooked, and food was neatly placed into the container instead of plopped into it messily. I went back again later that week and had the same experience. I hope the pattern continues.
