  As a Hispanic customer, I was especially disappointed by the way I was treated during my visit. I came in expecting to feel welcomed and respected, but instead, I was met with poor attitude and a lack of courtesy from the staff. It was hurtful and frustrating to feel disrespected in a place where I expected cultural understanding and warmth. On top of that, the wait time was unreasonably long, even for simple coffee orders. After waiting far too long, the drinks were still poorly prepared and clearly rushed. My coffee was incorrect, poorly mixed, and lacked the quality you would expect. What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of urgency and accountability. There was no apology for the delay and no real effort to fix the mistakes. It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority at all. I believe in supporting Hispanic-owned and Hispanic-staffed businesses, but experiences like this make it difficult. Respect, quality, and professionalism should be standard. Unfortunately, this location failed in all three. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience really deserves to be shared. The food was actually very good, which makes this even more frustrating. Unfortunately, the customer service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed uninterested and impatient. Simple questions were met with attitude, and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere that made it hard to enjoy the meal. A restaurant should make people feel welcome, and that did not happen here. Because of the way I was treated, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. Hopefully, management takes steps to improve how guests are treated.

  While the food itself was great, the customer service was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff was rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful throughout my visit. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, which completely took away from what could have been a good experience. Good food alone is not enough when customers are treated poorly. Respect and basic professionalism should be standard, and that was clearly lacking here. Because of this, I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I do not plan on returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how customers are treated.

  Im sick and tired of this location. The iced coffee is so disappointing, it’s either always too watery or just plain. When I ask them to please remake it they have such an attitude and the coffee just tastes the same! Don’t spend yalls money here, go to the mecatos on Kirkman rd, they would never do me like this!! All that wait time for your coffee to be ahh

  Excelente ambiente para desayuno colombiano. Comimos empanadas, pancitos de jamón, café y dulces. Todo estuvo rico. Sirven rápido, el ambiente es acto para trabajar. Tienen también servicio para pedir por ventanilla desde el auto. Hay una linda terracita en la parte exterior. Una muy buena opción en esta lugar.
