  Saludos!! Quiero comentarles, con mucho respeto, si han considerado cambiar los envases de anime por opciones más eco-amigables o aptas para calor. Siento que la calidad de su comida luciría mucho más y sería más saludable para todos. Envases para comida UNICEL : ⚠️👎🏻 (conocido como anime, icopor o unicel) no solo es difícil de reciclar, sino que al entrar en contacto con alimentos calientes libera toxinas. se considera tóxico, especialmente cuando se calienta o entra en contacto con alimentos calientes/grasosos, liberando estireno, un compuesto considerado cancerígeno que contamina la comida. Hoy en día el consumidor valora mucho más la salud .. Comida deliciosa : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atencion : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Los empleados son muy amables y cordiales. Limpieza impecable: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bendiciones 🙌🏻

  We recently came across this place while traveling, and when they read the total we couldn't believe what we got in return. There's tons of options for food, and all of them incredible. The iced coffee slapped like iced coffee should, and the quesitos nailed it with the honey coating and cream cheese filling. Definitely a new staple for us in Orlando!

  Everyone was so kind throughout my whole experience here. My table ordered different varieties of food and our server, Marla, brought out different sauces and explained them to us so we could add them to our meals. The food is scrumptious! And their pastries and dessert are fantastic every time I come. My personal favorite is their pan de bono!

  Melany provided spectacular service at Mecatos. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She made me feel welcome the entire time and made sure I had everything I needed. On top of that, she works with such positive energy and a great attitude that it truly enhances the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing her job well and enjoys serving customers. I would definitely come back and recommend her without hesitation. Thank you, Melany, for a five-star service!

  As a Hispanic customer, I was especially disappointed by the way I was treated during my visit. I came in expecting to feel welcomed and respected, but instead, I was met with poor attitude and a lack of courtesy from the staff. It was hurtful and frustrating to feel disrespected in a place where I expected cultural understanding and warmth. On top of that, the wait time was unreasonably long, even for simple coffee orders. After waiting far too long, the drinks were still poorly prepared and clearly rushed. My coffee was incorrect, poorly mixed, and lacked the quality you would expect. What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of urgency and accountability. There was no apology for the delay and no real effort to fix the mistakes. It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority at all. I believe in supporting Hispanic-owned and Hispanic-staffed businesses, but experiences like this make it difficult. Respect, quality, and professionalism should be standard. Unfortunately, this location failed in all three. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others.
