  loved this bakery, the service was lovely. The desserts were absolutely delicious The pandebono was amazing, everything was fresh and delicious. Melany took really good care of me.

  Although the food and drinks were all really good, I do have a couple of complaints. Our food and drinks came out one item at a time. We got some food before we even had drinks and then one of us got our meal but not the other for 5+minutes. There weren’t any sauces (ketchup or hot sauce) available to just grab and use, no packets or bottles on the tables nor on the area with napkins/utensils.

  I love this place, I highly recommend to visit Mecatos if you are in town. The food is really tasty and good vibe. Our service was excellent 👌 Melany was very attentive and she took very good care of my family. I will definitely come back.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a five star restaurant with five star service! Leaving Orlando, we decided to stop here for coffee because of how highly rated Mecatos was. Not only did we get coffee, the menu was so interactive and affordable that we ordered a bacon-egg-cheese, beef empanadas, and tequeños. Each was some of the best we’ve ever had! The coffee bean cookie on the side of the coffee was a treat. The best service we’ve received on our 8 day Florida trip was HERE with Ms. Chavely! The whole staff was working hard, keeping the tables clean, and interacting with customers cheerfully. We’re only disappointed that there isn’t one in Savannah, GA so we can become regulars. Thank you for an amazing end to our trip.

  El Domingo fui con mi esposo e hijo a comer aquí cuando pedimos la señora nos dise q nos sentemos q nos llevan las cosas a la mesas, procedemos a buscar un asiento y todos estaban sucios le pedí a una d las muchachas q si me podía limpiar la mesa y me la limpió nos proceden a traer el café y cuando le hecho la azúcar y lo pruebo estaba súper frío procedo a levantarme y pedir q si me lo podían calentar, me lo trajeron y procedemos a esperar la fritura q habíamos pedido d la vitrina q nunca trajeron, le trajeron la Mallorca a mi hijo sin su bebida, proceden a traerle el plato de mi esposo y luego me traen el mio empezamos a comer y veo q no nos traen ni la fritura ni la bebida de mi hijo ni la mía, cuando termino de comer procedí a llamar a una d las muchachas y decirle q si podía traerme todo lo q me faltaba y ella fue donde la manager y la manager vino donde nosotros a leernos el ticket procede a decirnos q los disculpara bla bla le dejo saber q me ponga la fritura para llevar y me dise estabien y se da la vuelta y de repente viene otra muchacha con las frituras en una canasta de comer ahí y le digo le acabe de decir a la manager q era para llevar! Cuando me la dan para llevar chequeo y el pan era incorrecto también, soy Gerente de Bakery y lo q tienen ahí es tremenda desorganización cuando la señora me estaba cojiendo la orden la manager le estaba gritando a una d las empleadas diciéndole q ya mismo iba a cojer su breik yo dije en mi esa tiene q ser la Manager por su gran voz alta y su forma d hablar deberían d tener un plan en esa Panadería no tienen ni un saludo de Bienvenida ni tan siquiera, esta tienda es todo un desorden totalmente. Puntos claves: -Bienvenida al cliente (Sonrisa Siempre) -Ofrecer -Cojer la orden bien y repetirsela al cliente para q no haya mal entendidos luego. -Entregar lo q el cliente quiera al momento para q no pase lo q pasó. -No tenerlas a todas corriendo de un lado para otro gritandoles tú haz esto tú haz lo otro, tenerlas en una sola posición hay demasiados empleados ahí para q ocurran errores... -La q este cargo debería de no hablarles así alfrente de los clientes. -Rapidez -Calidad de los productos -Despedida del cliente la q este cargo del salón deberia estar pendiente a si le falta algo al cliente y poder asistirle en lo q pueda...lo q hay ahí es una horrible desorganización.
