  This store is TERRIBLE!! They are frequently out of items and it takes forever to get your orders. The worse part is they refuse to do the ‘online exclusives’ like ALL the other area locations do. They only offer the ‘drinks party pack’. So like every other time we look at placing an order here, we either go to the NSB location or just eat somewhere else. Do the online exclusives like every other location - ridiculous

  This was the worst ever experience I ordered 40$ worth of Taco Bell at 12 am and I got 3 tacos 2 quesadillas meals and 2 drink and 2 orders of patios and only got 1 quesadillas worst money spent 0 stars

  store #040730 The manager on duty when we ordered a chocolate and a caramel empanada got on the intercom not realizing that she was on speaker decided to say she's not dropping the food and she does not care who is at the window. there is still 40 minutes left before close at the time of the order. we cut our order short to just get through the drive-thru but the tone at which she decided to say she did not care about the customer or the order was uncalled for

  I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous. I placed an order online and none of my orders were correct. Not only that, they were out of what I ordered and just decided to stuff everything with potato’s and call it a day. This place is not professional and didn’t even fill the taco. Do not go here. They were very rude and the whole order was ruined. I’ve never had service like this before. If I could I’d leave 0 stars. Will be going to corporate about this.
