  Always great. Today?? Holy smokes!! Lit my mouth on FIRE with the Taco Bowl.. Terrrrrrible! 😡 It's NOT supposed to be spiccyyyyyyy! Had to throw it away it was so spicy!!! 😡

  I don't know why it is but every time I try to use the app to order from this place I'm told they're out of an item doesn't matter what I change it to still the same thing. There's always something wrong with this place. I work at night shift it's closer to my work so it's more convenient. But I still find myself having to go to the one in NSB to get any kind of service and that's not good by no means. What a waste of money it was to put this into Edgewater if it's going to be ran like it doesn't matter. Anyways. Whoever's, managing this location should be fired and somebody that's confident should come in to make sure this place is actually running properly. What a shame. Taco Bell is really lost its way. Prices are outrageous and the food is turned to garbage. At this point, I'd rather eat anywhere else and I will be

  Now that the Wi-Fi is working again, it's a much better office than Starbucks cheaper and the food is better

  We always order online from this location since we live so close. We never had any issues. Staff has always been fantastic. We just recently had an issue with the app. It kept saying item unavailable every time. Even if I only have 1 hot sauce in my cart. We drove there, went inside, told them the issue and confusion. As soon as they understood, they immediately started my order manually. They even gave us a break from the original total cost due to the inconvenience. They all were extremely helpful, respectful, and efficient. I believe the guy who was the most helpful was (I believe his name was) Matt or maybe Mike. Good experience after just a minor setback!

  I struggled with the kiosk. And got no help. Im a senior as was my first time using. No one that worked there even looked at me. I got in my car and drove thru drive thru. I ordered 3 hard shell meal for myself. They were soggy and barely warm. So, sad. Cuz I was hungry and craving some hard shell tacos with fire sauce. Ate in disappointment 😞 No pics. Won't be back. Partner didn't complain. Don't know what he ordered.
