She had no idea that I normally tip in cash and often quite generously. I’ve given $40 tips on orders under $10. Her attitude alone was enough to lose a loyal customer. I will not be returning to this location. I’ll take my business to the Chick-fil-A next door when it opens at 6:30 a.m., where the service is consistently professional. On top of that, Rossen Reports recently investigated shrinkflation concerns with Dunkin’ iced drinks, which only adds to my disappointment with the brand.
