  After 2.5 hours NEVER received order. Ordered around 6pm it said 30 minutes for delivery got 2 pizzas and one pasta dish and 2.5 hours later it was Marked delivery complete and it was definitely never delivered. Tried to call but have currently been on hold for over 45 minutes and never spoke to anyone yet. HORRIBLE service will never use again

  I’ve called 7 times, trying to order food because the apps messing up, why can’t one out of like 4 people who work at night can’t answer the damn phone like come on now, yall are clearly open it says it online, Ive had so many problems with dominos why can’t the manger or someone talk to the staff, please and thank you!!!   Ordered a ny style pepperoni pizza, it came Poppa John's style with the pepperoni under the cheese GROSS . Why do people decide to make it different than its supposed to be, who ever made it should go work for poppa johns.

  Ordered delivery, no updates, and pizza was thrown down on the front porch and then looked like it was eaten from. Then when you call the store they don’t answer and send you on a run around with their dumb ai system. Never order from here again.

  Ordered food at 10pm and didn't get delivered until almost midnight. Was offered a 2 topping medium pizza for my troubles, so I decided to get a delivery with Philly Steak and Onion, cinna bites, and a sprite. I'm allergic to pork and they just delivered me a bacon an onion medium sized pizza, without any icing for my sweet treats. Not only am I so fed up that I decided to write a post, I've only had bad pizza experiences from this store in general. I've tipped both nights in a row, cause its not the delivery drivers fault. Whoever, needs to look at the order an expo it right, an then check the order before it leaves the store. Guess common sense, ain't so common. Done ordering from here and wasting funds only to get stuff I never ordered. 3rd occurrence over the last 3 years, second time in two days. Someone up top will hear about this, cause reading these reviews I see no one is caring nor doing anything to correct things and quality. Every time I call, someone is sending my call to the automated voice system. Definitely taking it up top.
