  Ordered 2 pizzas and an order of garlic bread bites. One of the pizzas I had to pay extra for because it was PAN. Get the delivery and start handing out everyone's food. The PAN Pizza that I paid extra for is a thin and crispy Instead, that is a normal price. Call the store to let them know that this was wrong and was told that they entered it in wrong on their end. Because I had to call in my order. Because the online was down yet again and was told that I would need to pay at least the delivery fee all over again, in order for them to replace and fix my food That I had already paid for. service has gone downhill tremendously, and i have already reported this to corporate.

  Horrible. I ordered at 6:21 pm and it is now 8:39 pm and they will not answer the phone. Bad business. Please do better. Update…. Finally got them to pick up the phone at 8:57 pm and then they were like ugh ugh and hung up on me. I was pleasant with the person on the phone. I need a manager to contact me.
