- KSKarissa SmithApr 7, 20261.0Fran is the rudest Chic Fil A employee I've ever met. We JUST moved here and I decided to take the kids to get their favorite meal. Check your cameras around 2pm on Tuesday April 7th. The picture I'll post is from 2:13pm. Fran took my order. She looked at me with hatred and disgust in her eyes and she didn't even try to hide it!!! It's unacceptable and I've never been treated this way before. A lady clearing tables and getting people's drinks stopped and asked if we were okay. I told her no, we were treated horribly by Fran and she said she's so sorry and that she'll tell the owner. She was very kind and continued to check up on us during our visit. The guy that brought our food was also "off" and just acted strange towards us. I asked him a question about our food and he looked at me like I was stupid. Coming here was like visiting the Twilight zone. No thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere. I didn't expect to be treated like 2nd class citizens especially with both my children with me. I smiled at Fran the entire conversation even though she disrespected me the entire time. Again, watch the cameras. I drove in awful rain just to get here and Fran gave me the worst anxiety! Absolutely ruined my day even though I didn't show it because of my kids being with me. You should really re-evaluate the kind of human beings you're hiring to represent this establishment.
