  I do not understand how difficult it seemingly is to place fries in a bag that ordered a meal. It says it on the screen. It shows it on the receipt. I ordered A MEAL. Nobody here better be asking for raises.

  Worst Wendy’s ever they treated my wife like shit when they got the order wrong gave her a huge hassle and made fun of her then proceeded to mess up my burger again plus all the food was super old worst Wendy’s ever they need to fire the staff and start fresh management included if there was good management that stuff would never happen I would fire them on the spot I will be calling corporate

  Place was cold at 11 am. They had been open since 6:30. Plenty of time to have heat. 2 people working. Burger was burnt and cold, even cheese was cold. Fries and nuggets not only cold but dry. Told manager and he just stood and stared at me. Oh yea, couldn't use restroom until ordered and paid. I went to wash hands before ordering. I would like to speak with owner since this use to be my favorite Wendy's. Will not go there again. Very sad.

  Beware if you go here when Sam? The GM is working be prepared to be treated horribly. My husband went there and asked for the special which involves the TB Lightning. If they score a certain amount of points the customer gets a free burger with their regular order. He even provided the app which shows the promotion. The GM became hostile and argumentative saying she “never got an email” she began yelling at my husband, who is a senior, and disabled vet. Telling him he wasn’t getting “a free hamburger “ it was disgraceful. He has had no issues with this same promotion at another Wendy’s in the area. When he asked her what her name was she yelled “GM!” There are Wendy’s in Lecanto, CR, and Ocala. Avoid this one. Hey JAE Restaurants get this woman some customer service training
