  Idk why I bothered giving SONIC another try. I hate their food, it’s never hot or good. But I had the flu and a terrible sore throat. I asked my husband to get me a strawberry and cheesecake milkshake. He asked if he could get it from SONIC since it was closest. Normally I’d say no go to WAWA, but I was miserable and I thought how can you screw up a milkshake. Well, they managed to do so. When I received my milkshake it looked fine but when I took a sip it was warm and runny under the whipped cream! My husband agreed. On top of that, 1/3 of the cup was cut up strawberries. They were huge! I’m getting nothing but strawberries! Looking at reviews, apparently they have given out runny milkshakes before. Great. Just do yourself a favor and don’t go to SONIC. It’s a dying franchise

  My Chilli cheese tots were extremely salty it was terrible considering the only thing g I ate...someone dumped so much salt on them and grease was old dreadful

  Their Texas toast burgar was regular toast and forgot item. Usually good.

  first time visiting this location and I will not be back. almost everything with my order had some issue. the most disgusting of which was my small shake which I received completely melted. the carhop did not bother to tell me it was melted, or why. it was so melted there was no way it was made for my order. my pretzel did not come with cheese. the cheese jalapeno poppers had GREEN BELL PEPPERS not jalapeno and the grossest American cheese inside that was not even MELTED. I've been to the sonic in Ocala many times and never had an order go this wrong. it seems I will keep going to that location instead. absolutely disgusting

  Took the lady 20 minutes to get our order right. She kept giving us double the price and finally after 4 times she got it right. May need to train employee's better. We were at No. 21 on 01-16-2026 at 2:20 pm.
