  I've been to dozens of Dunkin locations all over Marion and surrounding counties and they ALL know how to make a latte correctly. This location serves milk with a pinch of espresso so it barely changes the color of the milk. They blame their machines but in reality I think management is screwing the customer to pad food cost. This has been brought up several times with no results. We have to go out of our way to get proper service and product. The management and staff at this location is a liability to the brand. We will not be going back to this location moving forward. My dog could run this store better.

  When there is a misunderstanding about an order. It’s probably best to start the order over instead of just adding whipped topping and chocolate Swirl and calling it a latte. Once the barista was informed, I ordered a signature latte. She took the drink back and added whipped topping.

  I haven't stepped foot in this establishment or any other Dunkin Donut location in 20 years because of the service I received from both the in store employees (long gone I'm sure) and from their customer service over the phone. I ordered 2 peanut butter milkshakes, what I received was more milk than shake. I left with my drinks, handed my best friend his and he was also quite perplexed as to what they intended with the thin liquid. We returned to the establishment both of us explaining that we were displeased with the 95% intact product and asked for them to be remade. The young lady at the counter declined, so I asked for a refund, again she declined, so I asked for the manager. She pointed to a young man seated at a table by the door, who didn't bother looking up or to stand as we approached. I asked him if he could do anything for us, and he just stated that he agreed with her decision. We placed the ill-conceived concoctions on the counter, told them they can keep them and left. I returned home and contacted their customer service on the telephone. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me a t-shirt. I begrudgingly accepted and went about my business. I have never received a t-shirt.

  The people are friendly enough but jeez they are so slow. I’ve had more than 1 morning with me being right on schedule until I stop here. I may just start going to Hardee’s.
