I always put extra swirls because if I put the normal amount I always get less then it calls for. Recieved my order not in bags not stickered coffees all missing their flavors. Tried to call the store to make complaint so I didnt have to do a bad review and never do they answer the phone. Overall just a bad experience. My son's frozen coffee was just about white as if they only put one pump of coffee syrup. I did put complaint in with door dash as well. I know this dunkin could do much better. Highly disappointed.
- CLChristopher LongestJan 5, 20261.0I've been to dozens of Dunkin locations all over Marion and surrounding counties and they ALL know how to make a latte correctly. This location serves milk with a pinch of espresso so it barely changes the color of the milk. They blame their machines but in reality I think management is screwing the customer to pad food cost. This has been brought up several times with no results. We have to go out of our way to get proper service and product. The management and staff at this location is a liability to the brand. We will not be going back to this location moving forward. My dog could run this store better.
