It was impossible to place the order and get what you wanted on the sandwiches so went to the window and tried more than a few times to get it the way we wanted and was almost $40.00 for 3 sandwiches and every one of the sandwiches was wrong..we were all hungry so we ate what we had but none of us will be back..I don't understand how a business can think that having no customer service can be an improvement

Last time the guy at the window didn't fill the frosty up to the brim of a medium and we asked for extra brownie batter and barely received any. When asked if this is extra the guy said that's all we can give (Even paid extra for it🙄). We went elsewhere for frostys. We decided tonight to stop in. Mitchell served us and gave us what we asked and paid for. He had great customer service as well. Thanks.

The fries were cold but were so over cooked that they were all crunchy and hallow, probably sitting out for a while. The nuggets were also way over cooked. Most of the food went to the trash, I did not feel like driving back.
