  New ownership this month and it is fantastic. Super clean and friendly. I’m so glad they are back to being a great place to grab a fast food meal.

  The couple behind the counter were very unprofessional. Most of the five star review reviews here are completely fake see for Yourself the passive aggressiveness, they won’t even let you use the bathroom

  Went to go use the bathroom before ordering Pajeet told me that I couldn’t use it as it’s for customers only! so I didn’t even bother to order I wouldn’t suggest coming here if you expect it to be clean either guy had no gloves.

  Today Thursday oct 30 i went to the dunedin location, like I do a lot when I get off work before heading home. I walked in and signs said "under new management ". Ok. I had a 2 for 12.99 (FOOTLONGS) coupon. The third one I've used at other locations. Last week my girlfriend and I went to the park blvd location and it was perfect. We got the subway club with flatbread and the sunway melt with regular bread. Both the same price. The kid said no problem when we double checked. The club was NOT on the list of things we could Not have. It was a breeze. TODAY, AT THE DUNEDIN location it was a nightmare. The guy counted out 4 each cucumbers 4 tomatoes. I got like 8 olives and pickles. (ON FOOTLONGS) The meat portions are much smaller now since they cut the meat themselves, then covered it all with lettuce so if you arent watching you cant tell. Then I said I had a coupon for the 2 for 12.99. NOPE. He says its illegal because there was roast beef on the club. Then proceeded to read out loud imaginary rules on the coupon excluding roast beef from any order. BS. So I paid full price for both because I was too Fn tired and irritated to argue with the obviously uneducated "NEW MANAGEMENT ". SAD sandwiches and will never be back. IF YOU READ THE 5 star REVIEWS IN THE PAST MONTH (you will see that it is nothing but Family writing them or using fake names and repeating the same reviews trying to get more 5 stars). I hope people will start reporting this place. We definitely will be.

  Won’t be back!!! The couple were not very good with English, which is not why this review is what it is. There’s a lot of confusion with the order when I told her we ordered online in front of them, but I had to make some changes because the online process was a little confusing she seemed put out. I got half a drink in my large drink because I prefer to have it where it’s fresh I went back to get a refill because we used to buy one get one free coupon and the person behind the greatest said no buy one get one free when you use the dollar for the coupon. I definitely won’t be back. The place is dirty. They don’t even use Subway bags that black bag is from Subway. After reading additional reviews, I see the reason they were put out was because I purchased online and I used the buy one get one for a dollar not a typical Subway experience. I don’t see them making it.
