  This is really about the app and how it works with the store. I was sitting in the parking lot near this location and used my app so I could get points and make my order myself to avoid mistakes and excuses. I ordered a drink and two strawberry crème pies. I paid on the app and got my ref code. The app knew I was close-by so it didn’t offer me the usual button to push when I arrived. I purposely waited 5 minutes to pull up and give my code. The woman at the window informed me they only had one of those pies left and asked if I wanted a different one. I said no, I want what I ordered and paid for. She walked away, came back and said it will be 13 minutes. Ok here is my question - if the app submits my order and you see you don’t have something ready, why wouldn’t you just start preparing it as ordered right then? Why would you tell someone to pick something else because you clearly don’t feel like preparing there order as paid. This is poor management - his name is Fernando.

  Waited over ten minutes AFTER THE ORDER POSTED TO "NOW SERVING" status...it came out cold...manager refused to bring anoth...one sausage biscuit and one small coffee.

  Food was fresh and hot, just the way it should be. My kid loves the retro look of this store....it's definitely got some character.

  Ordered a quarter pounder at lunch with ONLY ketchup and pickles and the Manager took my order but when he confirmed it at the drive thru window, what he read back was incorrect., He made the adjustment in his computer, but when I went to the next window to pick it up it was already ready. I had a feeling there's no way in 10 seconds he had it corrected with the cooks. But since I was on my lunchg 15 minutes I didn't have time to check it out and when I got back to work noticed it was "mustard and onions" only. The two things I didn't want on it. I'm allergic to onions so I had to throw the whole thing away. The thing is, he KNEW it was wrong and corrected it in his computer but he didn't bother to tell the cooks "don't give her the one you've already made because it's wrong". He just let it go through! That's a real nice waste of more than $10.00 and I could've been very sick if I didn't see the inside before I ate it.
