- BHbeth hazen3 days ago3.0I was stopping here at least 4 times a week. Despite that, I am never greeted like they recognize me and no one has ever cared enough to ask me my name. And when I go through drive thru, I have a device shoved at me thru the window that doesn't even reach my vehicle and staff expects me to hang out my window to put in a tip and my card! Staff acts like you owe them a tip despite not eating or drinking inside and no one ever waiting on on you like a server would at a table. What is the tip for? Putting coffee in a cup? Go to Dodge's store. Coffee is as good, prices reasonable, staff will recognize you and speak to you when you come in, and no one asks for a tip. Or, go to WaWa same as Dodges but you will get a coffee, hash brown, and a sandwich for the price of the Dunkin coffee.

If they're out of something (which is ridiculously often) they'll just send your driver off without the items instead of trying to let you know so you can choose a replacement. Then you have to fight with Uber to get your money back, which is a gamble on if they'll actually refund you. The only reason I keep trying again is because there's usually sales on Uber Eats. But if I don't get half of the things I ordered, it's not saving me anything. Was supposed to get BOGO sandwiches today. I received neither of them.
