I was just there and and ordered 3 donuts and was standing there for 15 min waiting for the 3 donuts untill I asked the kid where my order was it was just sitting there behind the counter. I would habe stranded there for an hour if I didnt ask. Hire better people. I wont be back

I’ve even had a few issues with my orders on the app not being correct and they have still honored the order. I preferred and have been very gracious and kind in the process.
