  I was super excited for Chipotle to go into our neighborhood but this location is a flop. Incredibly small portions and will charge you for double meat if you request one actual portion (see photo of just 1 portion of chicken). Barbacoa was hard as a rock, like jerky. The wait was long as employees were chatting at the bar, unattended meat cooking on the grill, and CMT Marcus was lounging by the pickup window telling all the employees he loved them rather than expediting the long line or managing the process (repeatedly heard him being called Marcus in conversation, with his card directly in front of the register).

  Went here the other night at 9:20 when they close at 11. There were no employees in sight but yelling coming from the back. The food prep area was very dirty also, I was already having a bad feeling about the this experience. My husband and I walked in and I noticed there was not veggies made and was already planning on asking about that. We stood at the line for a few minutes without seeing an employee, and then a younger girl with braids walked by us, didn’t acknowledge us, went to the togo area and grabbed something, walked back by us. No “I’m sorry I’ll be right with you”, no smile, nothing - I don’t even think she looked at us. We continued to wait a few more minutes but at this point I wanted to leave. She finally came back and looked at me, no smile or apology, and just said “and for you”? We started to order, her whole personality was dull and unpleasant. My husband started to order and we were asked which rice we wanted, and then she looked at the rice and said “we only have brown”. I’ve been going to chipotle for years - it was over an hour before close, there was nothing on the grills, no employees around, and I feel as though she was just too lazy to go get any. We said never mind and and left. We won’t be going back. This was at the Dunedin location.

  Rated a 2 so my review doesn't get deleted. Ordered take out, they murdered my taco with lettuce and cheese, not too bad. The food was cold like every other review says, and the chicken hadn't seen any seasoning since it's conception. My daughter took a bite of chicken and promptly spit it out and threw it. I don't blame her. Getting my refund asap

  The food is average. It’s OK I don’t go inside. They have what it looks like a drive-through, but you really have to order online and then pick up.
