  Great customer service at the counter, but specifically on the phone. The young man who picked up was so incredibly courteous, patient and helpful. Give that guy a raise!! Hard to find that type of service consistently these days...

  We asked for on the side and mild...after waiting 40 minutes we received old chicken and almost unetible and very hot.

  Just can't do the prices $18 for 10 wings? It's just to much for what it is. The young man at the counter was very nice.

  This is a "to go" only restaurant, that's why I gave only 3 stars for atmosphere. I ordered chicken strips in both plain and spicy with cheese curds and blue cheese and ranch. Ranch was ok, not bad but I really liked the blue cheese dip. Not too overwhelming, just real good! Not a fan of the b-dubs sauce but I can see how many would like it. Definitely the place I'll be going for chicken in the future. Chicken was crispy and juicy so yummy! I liked this so much more than wing stop or whiskey wings.

  I placed my to go order online at 1145am yesterday and order said would be ready for pickup at 1230. I ran an errand on my way to pick up my wings so, I arrived at the dunedin go location to pick up my order at 1pm. I waited at the counter and one of the employees asked me if I was there to pick up my order and I stated yes and gave her my name. She said nobody with my last name placed an order so asked for my 1st name. She then said oh yeah, I remember that 1st name from a bit earlier today. That order was already picked up and gone earlier. I said we'll, I am here now to pick up my order so obviously it wasn't me who picked it up. She did have the other employees in the store immediately re-make my order promptly. I waited about 20 minutes then got my original order. She apologized and said she had never had this happen before. I said to her, not sure how someone else could come in and pick up my specific order. I asked to speak to a manager which she stated there was not one on site and because I placed my order online I would have to speak to the corporate manager. I asked her for a refund for the $ I paid for this order as I was inconvenienced and someone else picked up my original order and now I had to wait for another order to be made. Otherwise, food was good.
