  I ordered pick up from this location for the first time and came away impressed and surprised by some of the lower ratings I saw. Like always, I used the app to order and was informed the earliest pick up would be 12:10 PM. I actually arrived at 12:05 PM, a little early, but I thought I would go through just in case. Sure enough, my order was ready. The gentlemen giving my food was nice and handled my drink order appropriately. I brought the food back to my office and the quality and quantity was up to the usual standard from other stores I have been to in the past. I will say, that in the store closer to my house, I did catch a conversation between workers discussing a focus on making sure not to over proportion food. So it might be a corporate/franchise owner issue with the proportion sizes to try and control cost. Regardless, this store was spot on.

  Very disappointed… went in around 11:45 for lunch. Small portions. Was kinda grossed out by them scraping the bottom of the container(obviously FOOD NOT FRESH for only being open for an hour). Ended up not being able to eat my food being disgusted and it was more like a liquid dip than anything.

  Would rate 0 stars if I was able to! Worst Chipotle I’ve ever experienced! Hostile environment! Managers and staff swearing loudly and even in front of families with children! Witnessed the Manager Marcus screaming at his employee using vulgar language even with a restaurant full of people! VERY unsanitary!!!!! Food and debris all over the tables/floor/bathrooms and no one makes efforts to clean it! Saw an employee carrying her shoes behind the food counter then put gloves on without washing her hands, absolutely disgusting, had my daughter who went in and instead of helping her the managers were telling an employee to grab them alcohol while at work!! Very unprofessional!!! Getting charged for more than you’re getting!! Food doesn’t even taste fully cooked, chicken tastes really chewy! Something needs to be done about this! Absolutely horrible work environment!! And something desperately needs to be done about this!

  Second time there and it was worse then first time. Like many others have said, restaurant is dirty. Dirty tables, floor dirty and food serving area is a mess, second time observed this. Food containers low and no one refilling them. No one wiping area around containers. Looks bad. If I wasn't starving I would have left and not gotten any food there. Have been to many chipotle and have never seen anything like this. Owner needs to fix it or it will not be around There are other locations nearby that care about the cleanliness of their restaurant and I will go there.

  When they first opened the location i was super excited! And it was perfect, the right amount of seasoning and portion. However, you can tell that now that training is over that there isnt control anymore. Its a hit or miss, sometimes the food is too spicy because the employees are now measuring with their heart and not following the recipe. Im all about if you aint sneezing it aint seasoned but overly spicy isnt acceptable. The employees arent cleaning as they go and the food is always half empty/more than half empty and dry the times they ive gone. Ive waited for fresh food just to not get the dried bits in the container. The other day i waited 20 min for fresh items and just by looking at the rice i could tell it was under cooked. Glad i asked to try it first because it was for sure undercooked. I left because thats basically the base of the food and it was ridiculous. Gm or manager needs to step in again to retrain, employees aren't cleaning no longer following the standards of cooking and cleanliness in the atmosphere.
